I’ve had a cough for months now, doc says it allergies but nothing is helping, it’s the the point where I’m gagging from coughing so much. Any suggestions?

My daughter and son both get allergy coughs I never heard of them till then! So they are a thing it’s kinda crazy @mama.autz, there’s also allergy shinners (which my son gets) those are crazy!!

ive personally never had a cough from allergies. did the doctor run any tests?
