Definitely get into a doctor. If it truly is bad you won't want to wait. Take it from me. I didn't leave my house for months because mine got so bad. I'm on medication and in therapy for it and it does help, but it's a battle every single day.
You might want to go to the doctor if it’s that bad and seek some kind of medication temporarily, I know a lot of people don’t want to take medication unless needed but it’s better to be safe then deal with it when you can’t deal with it (just a suggestion)
@mrs.shaw, dude and sometimes you legit just need it to maintain your damn sanity like so many life stressors are going on and you can’t keep up, it helps to have something to relax you so you can think clearly... I’ll be praying for you
