Has he been to the dentist? Has he bumped his teeth? Is it possible he damaged the roots somehow?

Fluoride can stain teeth especially in younger children.

I'd recommend he drink water that is filtered and fluoride free toothpaste.

Does he drink a lot of juice, tea, soda or fall asleep with a bottle in his mouth? Seems super early for them to be doing that. I'd go to the dentist.

I’ll answer all of you here lol. He hasn’t been to the dentist and hasn’t bumped them hard. He only drinks bottled purified water and used fluoride free toothpaste. He doesn’t fall asleep with a cup and mostly drinks water doesn’t have soda ever or anything.

Actually he’s never had anything except watered down juice, milk, and water

I used to work in dental it’s milk not juice milk is worse for your teeth he need to see a pedi dentist he’s old enough and have his teeth cleaned every six months also don’t let him go to sleep with a bottle that’s what causes decay

He’s never went to sleep with a bottle and he only has milk in the mornings and after we brush his teeth. I’m just confused on how it happened :/
