Also they don’t go to the regular vet. You have to find a vet that will see a rabbit. Usually an exotic vet will do it but some regular vets do too. Call around before hand so you know who will see them. Also find an emergency vet who accepts rabbits.
Yes that would be very helpful. I’d hate to get one and it not make it, I’d feel like **** after that:( I’d never ever get one again.
I had bunnies for 14 years. One passed at 3 year olds the other was 12.
@faithnzekesmom, he lived like 9 years after that. But he really almost didn’t make it.

I raised rabbits for 4-H as a kid. Ours were not inside pets. I competed in showmanship competition with my rabbit at the fair. They are fun to raise 😊 Let me know if you have any questions about rabbit care, and I would be happy to answer.
