Wow 100.00 of child support for the first time in 3 months four my almost 6 year old.. and before that it's only 50 a month but court orders 240.00 and he has had no visits for 3 months why cant he just allow my husband to adopt he only sees my son 3 Times a year almost

Take him to court for a show cause for the back child support. Shake him up a bit.

Have you told him that if he lets your husband adopt him he’ll be whipped clean from child support and back pay.
