Getting my tongue pierced this week 😅

I loved mine. Just dont wear the plastic ones before I bit mine and snapped in half.

I’ve pieced (and taken out) my tongue 4 times lol. It will feel like you just bit your tongue really REALLY hard. I recommend slushes and icees.

This gives me relief. How long does it take to heal and will the tattoo/ piercing place give me anything or will I be responsible for buying mouth wash and such?

I’ve had mine for 19 years. The metal balls can beat the hell out of your teeth! I switched to metal bar and plastic balls and yes, I do occasionally bite the balls in half (I’m a serious night grinder) the piercing itself didn’t really hurt but be prepared for some swelling and having to relearn how to chew certain foods. I love mine, my mouth feels so gross when I take it out lol

Don’t do metal. I chipped a tooth lol

What did y’all eat afterwards

I had mine for 10yrs b4 taking it out use the plastic ones not metal cause it ruined my bottom tooth causing it to push out. I loved it after it healed BUT I tried my darndest to remove it on the 3rd day lol I was in excruciating pain my tongue was so swollen if it hadn't been when they put the bar bell on super tight I'd taken it out the 3rd day lol but was happy I didn't once the swelling and pain subsided. I ate soups few days

Don't eat chicken noodle soup right after- it's difficult 😂
