I woke up today with a scratchy throat !! I think I’m starting to get sick. I’m breastfeeding my 1 month old and I am so scared to get her sick !
What should I do 😭?

Keep breastfeeding her, she’s getting antibodies through your breast milk so she should be ok.
I’ve been trying my best to take care of myself to not get sick for the same reason .... 😭😭

I learned it’s ok not to be ok thanks to @leonardsquared, I’m going to try remembering that whenever I feel like I’m failing as a mom because I can’t do the things I used to do.....I’m just sick of feeling sick 😔
I know breastfeeding helps prevent the baby’s from really getting sick(correct me if I’m wrong though please) but I think my daughter is getting sick. I’ve never had a baby get sick this little before...I’m not sure what to do..
Ugh I’m getting sick. My throat hurts so bad and my nose is stuffy. Now I’m freaking out I’m going to get my son sick. How do I keep from getting him sick ?
My son never got sick from me while I was breastfeeding. Or sick at all for that matter. Now that he doesn't breasfeed anymore we have to be careful, but the antibodies in the breastmilk definitely kept him from getting sick.
