Anyone have any suggestions on how to help calm nerves. I have so much anxiety I'm pulling my hair out. Smoking use to help but I don't smoke anymore because I'm pregnant.
Deep breathes, say to yourself its ok over and over when your breathing deeply, close your eyes for a few minutes, wash your face, take a shower, go for a walk by yourself, step away from the problem for a little while that's making your anxiety flare up. These are just suggestions i give my son and SO, they both have anxiety
