Any one use these? Any feed back? I’ve had some past issues with tampons so this kind of scares me a little. I still use tampons! But I try to be a little more careful 🤐

I use a menstrual cup & I’m never going back to tampons. It has been a game changer.

It’s not hard at all! It took a few times to figure out the easiest way to insert but overall it’s a breeze!

Agree with above comments. If you are using tampons, you may as well use a cup. Tampons suck big time and they are worse for you than a cup.

I want to try the cup

Saving this because I really want to try a cup. I’ve been wanting to try one for years but haven’t picked one up yet. Anyone have a good brand that they really like?

The diva cup seems to be a good first cup to try. I ended up cutting the stem off mine and turning it inside out - way more comfortable. There are shorter and longer cups out there, and I think the diva cup is somewhere in the middle, especially turned inside out. 😊

k thanks girl I’m going to check that out!

@ek_ @spookylyn @erikak ...I've had one for over a year but I'm nervous to try it because of the cleaning process 😬. Is it messy. How do you do it? Should I order more than one and rotate them???
ErikaK··
Look it up. You boil it for 5 mins and then rinse and wash with water and a special soap you can buy after every use. Some people boil it after every use, some after every cycle. There are a few articles/opinions out there.

@spookylyn thanks! I've been so hesitant because of the mess maybe I'll try it soon

I loved mine, used it for about a year. Washing it is easy and most of the time you won't have to rinse it in public because you can keep it in for 8 hours. And if you do need to rinse it, look for a family restroom! It's easy and convenient and the only inserted product I can use without it making my cramps worse. Make sure if you've got kids to get the 2nd size, it's more fitted to the way your vagina changes after giving birth.
