Well. Stephen(my S/O) doesn't like Faye for a middle name. He's also not 100% with Elena or Amira for a middle name gave then a 6/10 and a 7/10 and said they were "decent" but he wasn't sold. So stressed about it. He suggested Grace but it's so popular for girls as a middle name that it's just not unique enough for me. It's just too popular and common and there will no doubt be lots of other girls in her school with the same exact middle name. I don't even know what to suggest to him anymore. Kind of giving up. 🙃

@rariszoo for instance Irish/Celtic names are very similar to American English but are still different. You have options like Brynn, Aston, etc.

I've looked at a few SO has Irish heritage, but he was indifferent about the link to the list I showed him. It was either that or they were "too complicated" as he says.

@rariszoo my husband pulled this with my son until I put my foot down. We always alternate the names and we had one picked out for years that he changed last minute and couldn't decide on anything else. Since its the weekend I'd sit him down one night with 10 names you love, stress the importance and make him choose.

What does he like about Grace? The sound of it with the first and last? The religious connotation? Some other personal reason? Maybe you can start with that and find an alternative option.

He literally just picked a name he knew people used often. There's no connection other than that. We tend to stay away from religious meanings to names normally and he just said he thought it was "decent" but that's what he's said about every middle name I've suggested too.

Eliana? That was my girl name for my last two boys and now I'm done so it will never happen 😂
