Due to user error. Read the manuals everyone. Keep babies strapped in at all times. Supervise babies at all times

yeah I’ve read all different ones but still alarming enough to me I know a lot of user error

I agree I do remember my sons pediatrician telling me newborns died suddenly in them for unknown reasons and told me to not use it but I figured it I take the right precautions it was fine
