Any moms do the "get a free breast pump through insurance" thing? Is it a real thing? I don't wanna give my info out if its a scam.

I see you're in MN, and depending on what hospital you deliver at they can fill the prescription for you and give you your breast pump when you deliver baby, and before you leave the hospital.

Yes! My advice is don’t try to call your insurance. Anytime I call my insurance I get different answers. I always go through Aeroflow. They talk to my insurance for me (they know the right questions to ask) and it’s all free. Just fill out their form online and they’ll do the rest.

I did it. Online. No need to speak to them just fill out information. Send in the prescription and pick pump. Easy.

I did.. I went to our medical equipment place in town and got it. I also got 18 months of supplies for free too.

I called my insurance directly and they will help you with it if they offer it. I for example needed an ‘order’ from my dr for them to process it but I am sure each company is different. I wouldn’t give any information out though if it isn’t through you insurance company directly.

And for mine I couldn’t ‘order’ it until a month before my due date.
