I never have ever had a problem sleeping, I’m usually the type of gal who could sleep standing up lol, but now that I found out I’m pregnant and so freaking nauseated I CANNOT SLEEP!! I literally have been in bed since 9:30 and keep tossing and turning🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ HELPPPP

Ginger ale and try sleeping on your left side and also when I got really bad with insomnia and worry, I prayed and I would also just start counting in my head to keep my mind off of everything I’d get up to 50 or 100 and fall asleep
