I never have ever had a problem sleeping, I’m usually the type of gal who could sleep standing up lol, but now that I found out I’m pregnant and so freaking nauseated I CANNOT SLEEP!! I literally have been in bed since 9:30 and keep tossing and turning🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️ HELPPPP
Ginger ale and try sleeping on your left side and also when I got really bad with insomnia and worry, I prayed and I would also just start counting in my head to keep my mind off of everything I’d get up to 50 or 100 and fall asleep
Preggie pops saltine crackers and ginger ale helped me
