I’m so sorry for your loss.
I lost twins, but i was 20 weeks and I had them cremated.
Mine their hearts stop beating at 8 weeks I didn’t bleed or anything my body didn’t want to get rid of them naturally my Obgyn had to give me the pill so the twins can come out it was soooo hard

I have done both. With our first two losses I let everything pass. With our third I did not. I am so very sorry for you loss 💔 I wish that no one ever had to go through it.
I definitely didnt keep it. I cried as it went down the toilet. I couldn't imagine keeping something like that. I do however have all my positive pregnancy tests from that pregnancy.
@smilies11 i am so sorry for your loss, and I understand your pain (not losing twins,but I have had multiple miscarriages) its natural to be hurt and I wish I could say the pain goes away but it doesnt. Itll always hurt you just learn to live with it better.

@smilies11, no. I gave everything to my ob and he sent it to the lab. We got pregnant by doing fertility treatments and had a few losses, so my Ob wanted to rule out certain conditions.

I didn’t keep it either. Everything was so fast I just remember that I was on the toilet and I push a little and everything came out in the toilet 😭🙏 i cry so hard while I was doing that. And the pain after omg 😭 I’m so sorry.
