TMI ..... anyone ever had their period START with dark blood ? Is it normal ? Mines will usually get darker at the end of my period not on day one. I’m still cramping like normal and even got a few “period pimples”

I'm just curious as to what everyone's cycle length is. Mine is 36 days, which I've read is normal and not normal. It comes within seven days (early or late) but it is always around the same time my period tracker predicts it. I just want to know if this is normal or not and see what everyone else's is. 😊
Yes, it’s old blood from your previous cycle, mine always starts like that. My period only lasts 3 day, and on the 3rd day I’m only like spotting so idk if that’s why mine starts dark
