Has anyone else had a baby have vsd??? How were they when they were born???

They never told me anything about it until after my daughter was born at her I think 9 month doctors appointment. We saw a specialist and he said hopefully it will close on its own but if not she will be re-evaluated and possible surgery when she turns 5.

@butterflystylist, that’s when they found hers but where hers is at the top part of the bottom chambers where there is less muscle the dr said hers probably won’t close before she is born
