I started taking prenatal gummies , and been trying to drink water, but I feel sooo sick! Like imma get dehydrated sick

If you haven't set your first appointment yet when you call mention the sickness. They should be able to prescribe you something if it is really needed to help

@alyssalou ginger and ginger ale, saltine crackers, vitamin B6. Make sure to eat because not eating can make you sick. Drink water and if you're not make sure to get on a prenatal.
