I see moms with freezers full of breastmilk meanwhile I can’t pump enough to feed a mouse. When I breastfeed, my daughter seems to be getting more than enough milk. Im not sure if im pumping wrong or what but it seems like I should be getting more milk when I pump. Suggestions?
I am the same way. I only get 3-5 oz combined per pump session. I’ve tried lactation cookies and drinks but they don’t work for me but I would try them they could help you. Also check your flange size. I was using to big a size when I sized down I started getting more milk I was only getting 2.5 oz combined.
I haven’t done this yet but it’s next on my list you can rent a hospital grade pump and I’m told that can help too
Try to power pump. Also after the last drop of milk comes out keep pumping for another 5 minutes.
Best of luck to you
I’m in the same boat. 3/4oz a day total if I’m lucky. I just bit the bullet and schedule an appointment with a lactation consultant.
try any of milky mama products i was pumping less than 6oz a day now i pump abou 22oz a day i like the drops better then the treats but i would give them a try
Thank you definitely gonna try it do they sale them at Walmart?
Some women don’t respond to pumps at all, some takes a certain style, and sometimes you just have to replace part
What kind of pump are you using?
@linda661231 electric or hand pump?
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
Make sure you are drinking enough water and eating plenty. Also try warming up the flanges in warm water or with a warm towel. It really helps get your milk flowing.
