I have maternity pictures in a couple weeks and I haven't found a dress yet. Everything I see online is like 50$ and up and wouldn't show up on time. I'm only 5'2 and I want a dress to go to the floor but not be like a mile long. I feel like it's hopeless lol

Have you asked you photographer if she has dresses? Some of them have some as ‘costumes’.
