I used the Ovia fertility app to track my periods and fertile days, and would have sex on the fertile days and would track it. Everytime we did do it, after we were done I would put a pillow under my hips so they were on in incline and move my legs as if I was riding a bike. It helps sperm travel to the egg faster. Lube can also kill sperm faster so I wouldn’t use that if trying to conceive. If you need to, they carry fertility lube. Start eating healthy, stay hydrated. Take some prenatals to get the nutrients you need. I did all of that and got pregnant within 3 cycles.

@rfurgerson111, buy generic brands, buy certain things in bulk like fruits, i use to buy those rotisserie chickens that are at Walmart for like 4 bucks and would chop it all up and put it in a container to use for salads or sandwiches for the next few days, work more on buying whole grains, plan your meals ahead. I would write out the dinners and everything I needed for it at the beginning of the week and would go on the grocery’s store website and add it all up so I knew exactly how much my total would be and would make changes to it depending on the importance of it. I saved a lot of money doing generic brands.
Right im going to see what days im fertile as well but everyother day we are doing now as well but i still have bc in my system

I think its more important to stay laying down for a while after. You can also put your legs up for about 10 min after bd.

@divinely_favored I can say any time ive ended up pregnant i stayed lying down for about 15 min. Wasnt trying at that time but i did get pregnant.
You could figure out your fertile days or even just have sex every other day until you are pregnant.

This time around I’m positive it was him being on top & laying with his penis still inserted for 15 mins after we finished.
@makeupmomplustwo_ you can also spice up your sex life that way as well feeling and getting to know eachother and the feeling and touching with or without blindfolds is great for just the anticipation of things
I kno but what position would you suggest for me to try to get pregnant or just messing around
