That would be a lot of diapers if you bought a box every time you went to the store between now and the arrival.

I wouldn’t say every time you go to the store. But I would say buy them when they’re good deals on them! If you got them every single time you went, you’d have so much, like an unnecessary amount, and it can get pricey. But sometimes they have good deals, or like the 5$ off coupons and what not. Also you’ll find that you’ll probably only like certain brands with your baby. Like for instance, pampers gave my son a rash, he leaked in luvs, target bran didn’t fit right.. we found that he only does good with huggies and the mothers comfort (Fred Meyer) brand. So if you do get them, definitely remember form where or tape the receipts on them so you can return them if necessary. They quickly go through NB, 1’s & 2’s (well my son did) he stayed in 3’s & 4’s the longest. Also if you’re going to have a baby shower with a diaper raffle, or a diaper party you’ll probably end up getting a lot there. & most hospitals send you home with a load of NB diapers once baby is born. (We ended up leaving with like 8 packs lol). Also, it’s good to invest in wipes! Those always get used, like I find those more valuable than diapers since I use them for everything lol

Since diapers don’t expire, here’s what I plan to do starting next month after our first ultrasound. I plan to coupon them which will help pace myself from buying so quickly.

Personally I woldnt every time but I would get an few of every brand. I wouldn’t stock pile because you never know if baby is going to an have reaction to an certain brand of diaper or wipe

I’m not buying any diapers till my last month of pregnancy unless I see a good deal. And I’m also buying the smallest box of diapers because with my daughter she could only use one brand cause of her sensitive skin and the new baby might be the same way so I don’t want to pile diapers that might end up having to be returned anyways. But if you want to buy diapers I wouldn’t buy a lot of newborn or 1s because they outgrow through it fast
