Struggling sleeping through the night. I can never fall into a deep sleep. I always end up falling into a deep sleep around 7 or 8 am and then waking up around 11 am or noon. I then feel so tired throughout the day because I’m not really sleeping much. Idk what to do to help. Last night it felt like something was tugging in my uterus. I just want to sleep at normal times 😩

Hey Mama I struggled with insomnia about 3 weeks ago and it was super super bad, try taking epsom salt baths before bed (those helped) also melatonin - and I didn’t see if you were currently pregnant or not but if you’re not zzzquil knocks my ass out in 30 mins

Hey yes I’m currently pregnant. Before getting pregnant I suffered from insomnia really bad and took melatonin every night but stopped once I found out I was pregnant. I wasn’t sure if it was safe to take while pregnant. I’m definitely going to try the bath idea and see if that works.

@livingwithmariah, try the bath then I’m pretty sure melatonin is safe while pregnant but if it gets really bad maybe try talking to your obgyn
