I just had my second boy March 22nd the 'father' hasn't really been around we were off an on but he only ever got up for one ultrasound he got kicked out of the hospital while I was in labour and missed everything. He didn't meet pj until he was 5days old he tried to take my son home an I stopped it an he ended up hitting me an head butting me.. I pressed charges an have a tpo until I can file a civil one we have court the 10th an I've never been through anything like this idk what to expect an during this domestic violence court stuff we'll be going through child support and custody battles I'm so nervous they'll let him have visits or anything really.. He's crazy he doesn't know how to do anything for a baby he hangs out with bad people he IS a bad person. My anxiety is to the roof and I am so scared of him 😭 I can't let him win he can't get away with anything he's done to me 😭

I think this goes without saying but if it’s a domestic violence case he will have to get supervised Visits , IF he is even awarded that , you’re doing the right thing by going and getting everything on paper. He won’t win!
If you have proof of like the bad things he does if he Texts you out of line , anything you have take to court

Mommas who are separated from their childrens dad. If my sons father is to get our son every other Friday-Sunday, but then tells me halfway through the week he can't take him Friday until Saturday due to taking up an optional shift at work, can I legally tell him he either takes him Friday at his ordered time or doesn't get him? Am I wrong for thinking he doesn't deserve to be in my sons life? He hasn't wanted anything to do with this baby until last week. When I told him I was pregnant he begged me to get an abortion. So asked my bf for his phone, he kinda procrastinated giving to me until I asked again for it. I have him mine. I started to go through his fb messages, then went to his page and search box...he began watching what I was doing && rushing me to give him back his phone. He barely even looked through mine. My SO has been rude a lot ever since I've gotten pregnant...he said he doesn't care about my pregnancy, he doesn't even take one day off from work just ONE to come to at least one ultra sound appointment. I mean he's always making sure I'm fed, he lets use the heating pad, and even apologized to saying he doesn't care. He can mess with me all day but when I want to join and play around he gives me an attitude. He just makes me feel like s*** at times. He's a great fiancé don't get me wro...
He will be lucky to get visitation. I’ve seen where moms were charged with endangerment for letting fathers like him around their children. I think once the domestic violence is established the latter is more likely.
