My husband refuses to let me do the box but honestly he sucks at it and I do it when he goes to work anyways. I just try not to breathe it in and wash my hands well after.
That's understandable. I wouldn't do it for someone else's kitty or an outdoor kitty. My cat is indoor though and I know what she's eating so I'm okay just making sure I wear a mask and washing my hands well.

I held my nose and wrote gloves. My cat is only indoors though idk if that makes a difference lol.

I just wore a face mask and gloves and washed my hands real good when done.
