Our neighbors dog really just tried to attack my son. I picked him up of course But that dog made Scratches all up my leg from trying to bite my son. Idc if they paided a pet fee to have those dogs in the apartment I will complain until the issue is delt with the dogs should be on leashes or put up before they just open the door for them to run freely.

I would definitely call the landlord and make them aware of the situation so they can try and handle it before getting the police involved. They should be aware of what's going on especially if there are other tenants. That's not safe for the people that live there or the dogs. I hate irresponsible pet owners more than anything. Her dogs will have to pay for it if she doesn't want to just put them on a leash or crate them before they open their door. ☹ ugh
@leonelsmom. That's terrible. I'm sorry they scratched you up. I would be furious if someone's dogs came after me and my child. There's no excuse for that to happen. She needs to be responsible and make sure they're secure before they even think of opening that door. My dogs aren't even remotely aggressive and I still crate them before I open the door. It's so simple. 🤦🏻♀️

@leonelsmom. I actually would've gone off on her. So infuriating. Keep putting in complaints with the landlord and if nothing is done and it continues, I would call the police. Your son needs to be safe in his home as sad as that is for the pups. Hopefully a fine will be enough for her to get her shizz together.
If you call hpd they can be fined because it doesn’t matter if they’re allowed on property. It’s against the law to have any dog without a leash outside. If I were you I would call the cops and tell them the dog is out and unsupervised. They can issue them a ticket.
They opened the door and the dogs always run out. They were chasing them trying to get them and the kids said sorry but I went and talked to the mom, and I said look I understand accidents happens but it’s not the first time your dogs got loose and your just lucky that dog didn’t get to my son otherwise it would’ve been worse. And she just looked at me stupid and walked away. I was just trying to keep my cool with this lady.
@leonelsmom., yeah it’s really in your hands at this point. My moms neighbor used to let her pit bull bully run out and play but he would run up to people and bark and growl so my mom called the cop one day and they told the lady that if he wanted to ( the cop) he could of shot the dog on site. Any dog without a leash is dangerous doesn’t matter what the owner says. Just be careful girl and know that that is a law now because not a lot of people know about this law. It recently got passed that any dog without a leash the owner can be fined a 200 $ ticket. It doesn’t matter how sorry she is. If she can’t control her dog she doesn’t need one. If your baby ends up getting hurt you’re gonna be pissed off.

Call animal control and or the cops! If u weren't able to get to him as fast as u did u never know what scares or anything that ur son would of had to deal with for the rest of his life!
