Does anyone else or has anyone else suffered with dizzy spells in the last part of their pregnancy?
The past weeks I keep going really dizzy, even while sitting doing nothing
I'm anemic so do you think it could be something to do with that?
Kate Bodell·
Yeah I get this! I feel like I’m on a rocking boat sometimes
Courtnie·
Yeah it sounds like your iron levels hun. I’ve still got low iron levels from having the girls and every time I stand up I’ve got to sit back down because I go dizzy/faint and have spots in my eyes xx
Casey·
Yes with my first pregnancy it was my iron levels but I was too late to start tablets

I can't take iron tablets because I keep having reactions to them so do you think it's a case of me just sitting it out and dealing with it or should I bring it up with the midwife next week?
Kate Bodell··
Are they making you vomit? I found they made me really sick at first, took a while to get used to them. If you can’t take iron tablet have a look at other ways of getting iron into your diet. Google iron rich foods and see if there’s any you particularly like and try eating more of that. I cannot stress how important it is to keep your levels up. I really suffered in my last pregnancy because of it x

I couldn't move on them, I was really dehydrated no matter how much I drank I was vomiting which made me more dehydrated, I was so fatigued I couldn't even walk around and I had such a horrid migraine I could barely open my eyes, I ended up in hospital for a week because of them
I'll try and look In to foods I can eatx
