Ok super gross question incoming...
My partner and I have been trying for a few months. Neither of us are spring chickens, so I know it will take a while longer (both 35) if at all.
I had my period April 1st - 3rd (ever since I got my IUD out my period has been short and light). Today's the 7th. For the past two days I've been bleeding during sex. My partner doesnt care (even my period doesnt gross him out). But what is going on? Anyone have this happen before?
Side note: sex is always a little painful with him but that's normal (not to brag, ladies, but...yeah... ;-) ). The past few days there's been one spot that hurts more and not really in a good way. It's more weird than anything but I'm wondering if that's connected or if I should be worried.

Sometimes “dryer” or “high friction” sex can cause a tear in the vaginal wall/lining. It doesn’t look like period blood but there is lots of it!

That was happening to me so I got an ultrasound and it was a cyst that had ruptured

Recently I had one very tender spot that caused pain during intercourse, and some light bleeding afterwards. It turned out I had a yeast infection that I hadn't caught. Normally there'd be irritation, discomfort, redness, and change in discharge to indicate - but in my cases it wasn't that way. Just my experience.
