With my daughter at 3-4 months I wasn’t showing really. With my son now I’ve been showing. It really depends on the person and the pregnancy. You never know! 
The only thing you can do is watch your weight gain

Everyone is different. Some people show early, some people don’t show until later. It’s hard to tell
