To anyone that says you can’t “bounce back” after having a baby, You sure can! In 6 months I have lost 82lbs. Only 11 more to go!
@broken.prayer, truthfully no just kept to walking everyday taking the kids out to do stuff, and keeping to strictly 3 meals a day no snacks
You look great. Some people have a more difficult time “bouncing back” though due to a number of factors. Congrats to all your progress!
