Anyone feel like they have ptsd from labor/csection

I have ptsd from a traumatic miscarriage where I almost bled to death. It’s totally possible to have ptsd from a traumatic birth if you thinj you may have it please see someone about it.

Not from that but I do have ptsd and the things that caused it, I brushed off as me overreacting and I just kept shoving it down until it boiled over into a full mental disorder. If you feel traumatized, please please please find a professional to help you reprocess the memories ❤️❤️❤️
