Mine stop bleeding after last Saturday but it scared me

Yes I had bleeding that resembled light flow as if I started my period. I was 6w then. It was accompanied by some cramps, that felt like I was starting my period. I also passed tissue. I was sure I was miscarrying. I went in for an emergency ultrasound turned out I had a subchronic hematoma. I continued to bleed on and off for the next couple of weeks after and it eventually stopped when my hematoma resolved.
