Anything that can harm you will be cooked out if you heat it to the appropriate temperature. No need to wash your meat. Just get a digital meat thermometer and you’re good to go. 👍🏻

I stopped washing my meat before cooking because I saw on a show that it just spreads bacteria to other utensils and around your kitchen. I don't know what to believe anymore because growing up I was taught to clean it, now they're saying don't 🙄
