Been thinking about moving to Texas . What’s a good part to move to ? 👀
I don't think she needs to learn Spanish . I've been to S.A plenty of times I'm Hispanic myself and there's a lot of mix of every race in S.A .
Waiting for my step kids to get a little older then me and hubby will move there
I have family there great jobs and good food and affordable housing also beauiful weather all year around
Girl summer it to damn hot. 🤣 no trees I be hidden.
I see a lot of you said San Antonio. What makes it so good though? Like what is the cost of living out there? Good jobs ?
Tbh you like almost HAVE to know Spanish in San antonio. There is a strong Hispanic presence there. It's very pretty with the board walk and stuff.
Honestly it's not expensive nor cheap the price is fair . There's a lot of restaurants and fun activities for kids . My sister just moved to S.A for that exact same reason .
I live in Laredo tx which is four hours away from San Antonio . I think S.A is great so much more bigger than Laredo and plenty of fun places for kids . I recommend S.A less traffic than Houston or any other big city in Tx.
Depend on what you like. If you like more rural, or the city or suburb.
I'm in Arlington. More to do but yet not as crazy drivers as Dallas. Lol
San Antonio girl come on up here I'm lonely. You gonna miss the smell and food I can tell you that.
Hell then when you go back to visit i can catch a ride. 🤣
DERidder. My sister in Baton Rouge. Daddy just across the bridge in Hemphill TX. Momma down that way too. I miss mf pine trees. N the cost of living it doable if you find a contest job with good pay. Are rent is 750/ plus we pay lights n water 3bd/ 1bth. .

Plano/murphy/wylie/sachse are all right next to each other and are really nice( they're just north of dallas)
I've been in San Antonio for almost a year and I really like it here.
30 something moms..
So who here is 30+? I'm 36 and expecting my second. Sometimes I wander into the 35+ board but its kind of depressing. It moves slow and the topics are a little bit of a downer. Mind you they're real concerns but I think anything can go wrong no matter what the age so I'm staying positive.
Literally heard 4 gunshots 😭😭😭😭😭😭 I know the difference between that and fire works this was definitely a gunshot in my trailer park has gone off the past 3 night 😨😨😨😨 we need to move out of the hood!!
3RD UPDATE: What would you do?
Ok, so we have these new neighbors they have been there renting the house 2 doors down for about 3 months or so. They have a 2 year old boy, he just turned two. They have asked me to babysit him on multiple occasions, just so happens I've been busy each time. In my mind, they don't know me or anything about me. Barely know my name and they want me to watch their kid because they see I have kids and stay home. Apparently they haven't had any luck with the babysitt...
My world stopped
I was changing the laundry over and my husband went to use the restroom. Our 20 month was in the room with our 10 year old and climbed up on the bed and fell, face first, landing on her head. Our bed is three feet off the ground and our son said she was standing up, so roughly a five foot fall. I ran into the room and she was unresponsive. She didn't take her first breath for 45 seconds. Her eyes were rolled in the back of her head and her entire body was limp. I lost it. I was...
