Drying my milk.
So my boobs get full. If I pump or breastfeed they will empty and will produce milk. So I just squeeze a little from each to relieve. What's gonna happen to all the Mil that's still inside? I wanna avoid mastitis.
Cabbage leaves in your bra help too! Soothing relief and also said to help dry up too.
Here is what worked really well for me... 12 hours without pumping and then I pumped until empty for two days. Then 24 hours without pumping for two days and pump until empty, then 72 hours for two days and pump until empty. Then only pump when you absolutely have to due to discomfort.
hot showers & cold compresses will help you feel more comfortable and avoid mastitis.
So since Eliana just drinks almond milk now it's hard to take extra milk with us anywhere.. So I guess my question is, is there like little take along almond milk boxes? Last night we was at my sil house and she had two bottles and ran out so I had to run to the store and buy a whole thing of milk 🤦🏻 it would be sooo much easier if I could find some in little milk boxes!!
When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.
So I took my meds at like 9pm last night I woke up at 2:45am with my breast killing me... begging that I took meds should I keep the milk I pumped??

Milk is my crave I love it sooo much. What's urs or was urs
What the f*** Walmart!?!?
So yesterday we bought groceries from Walmart, and this morning I open up the milk carton (still sealed and everything) and BOOM spoiled ass milk in my mouth!!!!!
(when I say two days I mean 2 times... So every 12 hours for two days and then pump every 24 hours two times and then 72 hours 2 times (does that make sense?)
