Is it normal for your nipple to become swollen while your pumping? 😳 mine goes from a dime size to a nickel size 🤦🏻♀️
Also any tips on how to increase supply and pump more milk?

Awe man, yeah it’s tough when people try to tell you how to parent. Makes you second guess everything. My son gets plenty when I don’t pump but I’m trying to build my stash for when I head back to work and any time I pump I am empty the rest of the day and those days my son is crying cause he’s hungry and I feel so bad. I want to continue pumping but when that happens I get very sad 😢 I just hope my body can keep up with him and with pumping. I really want to continue giving him my milk and breastfeeding when I go back to work.
@kasey.m, I also read that your supply increases based on baby's need so latch him on as much as possible.

Super weird! My husband said it reminds him of dots the candy 😂😂 at least it shrinks back because I doubt my baby could eat off that lol
Oh man. Things I did to increase my milk supply were crazy! But few of them I can think of is fenugreek, alfalfa, and this think called shatavari all in supplement form. AND I ate anything that helped for that as well like oatmeal, chickpeas, greens, garlic, cumin...
The baby had enough but I was surrounded by in laws and family members that blamed every crying session for him being hungry so I got super paranoid. :-/ turns out infants communicate by crying...
