Anyone know if you can take a 5 hour when your little one takes Breastmilk from a bottle? I have a 13 hrs drive through out the night tomorrow and I’m wondering if I can drink one.

might have to look into that but i don’t drink caffeine or drink alcohol or anything so how long do you pump/dump right after drinking it? I don’t know how I’m going to do this drive 😭😫

Is it because of the caffeine? I'm just curious. Idk what's in it but with alcohol unless you are drinking an excessive amount you can still BF.
