Evening ladies. I need some advice. All day Ive been feeling really ill, I have period like cramps, tiredness i can't explain and small stabbing needle like pains all over my belly. Baby girl is moving lots so I'm not worried about her at all. Just need to know if this is normal at this stage? 🌸🌸🌸
