Same here. I blocked him on Facebook and blocked his number so he asked the girl he cheated on me with while I was pregnant to TEXT ME. He’s not making this breakup any easier on me 😒 I’m deleting all social media except this app and distracting myself by working out and focusing on me and my baby. My best advice for that is to delete all your social media for awhile and find yourself again. I haven’t used Facebook or anything else since I was 16 and I can honestly say life is so much better without it. All I’ve got now is mom.life, Pinterest, and YouTube.
Break ups suck!! But, you have your babies to think about.. try not to let him get to you too much.. easier said than done, but that's what I'm doing just trying to focus on the kids ❤

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
First thing you should do is always block them on all social media before it's too late . I swear it is not worth the lurking and is not good for you . If he wants to contact you to know about his kids he can communicate with you through cellphone but on social media I wouldn't recommend that .
