Question does he look like a little girl to you?? My grandma told me yesterday I needed to give him a boys haircut (I haven’t cut it yet & wanted to wait) I waited to cut my oldest hair till he was 4 and I regret it because he had curly hair till I cut it uhh
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
My husband wants to get this hair cut for my son but he is not even 2 and I don’t want to shave the side I herd it just ruin the natural hair and it’s never the same
I need a drink!!! My oldest just cut my middle childs hair!! I dont even know what to do if i make it even i would have to cut all of her hair and she will look like a boy or just wait till it grows some more then get it cut. Ugh help anyone.
I honestly want to cut my hair like that but I also want my long hair. #Decisions 😐

It doesn't matter. I understand where your grand is coming from but her generation was different. Personally I would cut it because I grew up much the same way as your grandma with the belief of boys having short hair, but the fact is, he is your baby and you get to make the choice. Politely tell her you'd rather wait for now and when he is older he will have a proper haircut but for now you are enjoying his "baby look". Best wishes!

I understand that too I totally get it she even has a boy cut 🤣 and I told her I wanted to wait but her and my aunt was telling me I needed to cut it but it’s so thin sometimes he looks bold in some spots in the back but he doesn’t look like a girl to me well I don’t think anyways but it’s bc I know he’s a boy maybe 🤷🏼♀️

He is perfect and he is your baby. This is a matter of opinion and not safety so they don't need to have their way. Your baby, your choice. It's all good mama! Say no, and cruise on. They will love him either way.

thank gosh you don’t have my grandma 🤣 I think a lot of little boys look cute with long hair my biggest fear is him not looking good and I’m afraid if I cut it it’s going change colors or something

@jeepmamabear1017, both of them have blonde which my oldest had super blonde but when I cut it it turned dark I had blonde hair and my 2nd son his dad also had blonde so well see but it’s going darken I think also :/ maybe this 3rd baby will have blonde hair also I’m just hoping they both have dads blue eyes

I probably will never fully cut my boys hair unless they ask lol I just trim it to keep it from getting out of hand and so they can see lol

I personally would cut it. In the front bang area, that’s all baby fine hair is at least even that up. I would definitely at least trim it up over the years off the neck and clean up the top into a style. Trimming and cutting hair doesn’t change the texture of hair. You others sons hair did lose the curl because you cut it.
In the end, he is your son... you should do what you want to do. If you don’t mind the comments, just let it go in one ear and out the other.

girl practice makes perfect. We’re going to probably end up cutting my sons hair here pretty soon. It always grows back, and I want to get rid of all that fine baby hair on his head also. It’s so unmanageable when it’s that baby fine hair.
