Working moms what do you guys take for energy after work?? I have a 9 month old and I can’t seem to get caught back up on my sleep I’ve extremely tired all the time I barely eat or sleep. I am very emotional I feel like I’m missing out on so much with my son bevy I never have energy to do much once I get off!!!
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
I have so much energy... Idk what to do with it all
Please help! My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
Just woke up from a nap been up since 7 my kids go to sleep late and wake up early i dont get it and they have soo much energy jesus
all i do is eat and sleep. i have no energy at all. May can't come soon enough.

Are you breastfeeding? You could have a calcium deficiency. Or since your not eating much you could have low iron.

I used to always have a cup of coffee before I left work at 4 pm. When I would have to study late I would have another at 7.

I have to be to work by 630 so when I get there I drink about 5 cups in the morning and that holds me over
