Question for you ladies- the people I nanny for want me to stay overnight and watch their 4 month old and 2 year old but it’s 8 days before my baby is due, they told me to figure out a price. It’d be from 5pm-10am and they usually pay me 10/hr... but I think I should give them a break. How much should I charge?
Underpaid! That’s not even minimum wage..here anyways 😩 $225 I’d say.
Definitely think you should still charge them your normal hourly wage. Plus tell them straight up to have a back up plan in case you go into labor before your due date.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Question: 16 year old dating an q8 year old? Thoughts??
My opinion is hell no. 16 year old is still a kid. Kids now a days want to be grown so bad and be in adult relationships and situations. I know when my daughters are 16 and they tell me they are dating an 18 year old. I will surely flip my lid.
$10 an hour isn't very much for two kids under 3. I would still ask for at least your hourly pay and definitely tell them they need a back up plan. I would say $200 for the night. I personally wouldn't even take the job so close to my due date though. What if you go into labor while you're watching the kids that night?
