At how many wks can i do the 3D /4D ultrasound ??

You can do one whenever but I would say optimally you probably want 27-33 or so weeks. If you do it too early they have too much room and wiggle around too much to get a good picture and too late they can be too cramped. :)

I did mine at 16 to get the gender 🥰
