If a month is roughly 4 weeks 4x5=20 ... at 17 weeks you are 1 week into your 5th month making you 4 months and one week .... you cannot be 5 months and only 17 weeks lol that doesn’t add up sorry.
And like you replied to @anap1012 not every month has 4 weeks some have 5 which is making your 17 weeks is 5 months calculation even farther off.
She’s going by calendar months I’m calculating the months by lunar months which imo is more accurate. It’s what I’ve gone by for years and everyone else that I know.
The way my doctor is calculating is by 9 months
You just told me there’s only 9 months in a pregnancy hun.. but you’re calculating by 4 weeks and there’s 40 weeks in a full term pregnancy... meaning 40 divided by4 is 10....
I’m not here to change your mind. I’m going by what my doctor tells me as well. Every doctor is different. Some say you start your second trimester at 12, 13, or even 14 weeks. No hun I’m not wrong.
I’m going by what my doctor is telling me, and the chart she provided me to go by. And like you said hun, go back to your calendar... you will see not every month has 4 weeks, some have 5... so technically yes you’re wrong you cannot calculate ur pregnancy by 4 weeks.

To make it easy go back to your calendar. You got pregnant in December so count every 4 weeks to where you are now. You’ll see you’re not the full 5 months at 18 weeks. That’s at 20 weeks. Divide 18 by 4 you get 4.5. Idk why you’re telling me I’m wrong lol
Relax it’s not a big deal 🙃 4 weeks to a month, so 18 weeks is 4 and a half months. The thing you need to realize is that your pregnancy will last 9 calendar months, but 10 lunar months (40 weeks = 10 months, but your pregnancy will be over 9 months of the year later).
Yeah it’s your fourth but your wrong because everyone has a certain day they begin there new week which mine are on Monday so I’ll be 18 weeks next week & it clearly says it right there 18 weeks is 5 months !!!!
It’s my 4th go around hun it’s nothing new. At 18 weeks you’re only 4.5 months.
