Looks like it to me. Have you changed anything recently, like soaps or laundry stuff? Or has he ate anything he never had before?

No nothing changed this happened before and it went away over night nut tonight is like worse so I went and buy him benadryl and see if it will make him better

Looks like it to me. Did you switch soap or laundry stuff? Or not even switching maybe. I used tide with febreeze (umm spell?) For years and one day developed an allergy to it.
