I’m joining the neighborhood book club. I have a feeling I’ll be the youngest one there but whatever. Should be a good way to meet neighbors here and read some good books in the process. I already picked up the first book and it’s right up my alley. I like thriller/mystery type books and this one is! I guess I’ll see how the meetings go to see if I’ll continue to do it

I’ve been on the fence about this book after reading reviews that it felt more like a high school/young adult read...which I usually don’t enjoy..but I may need to give it a try now! My hubs just brought home a new Nicholas Sparks book for me yesterday, actually. It’s called ‘Every Breath’. He said ‘I didn’t think you had this one yet & I saw you were starting to reread old books during your bathtimes’. Sometimes husband are just wonderful. Lol
@love_linds, yes I mean it is about some high school students but it’s mainly about their parents. I wouldn’t say it’s a teen reading book though. Much too mature for teens

The book for this month, which they meet on the 3rd Thursday of every month, is “little fires everywhere” by Celeste Na. I haven’t started it I just picked it up today but i think it’s going to be good!! Check it out and maybe we can start one!! That would be fun. Great idea @love_linds,
@iuiblessing2018, no we read the whole book and meet every month to discuss. This will be my first ever time! I’m excited to start reading the book just have to cram it cause the meeting is like 2 weeks away haha
