My daughter will be around 18 months when baby is born. I'm not sure what to do with her when we are in the hospital. I've gone back and forth on having her stay with us. We don't really have family we trust much to watch her and she also hasn't been away from us overnight ever. I'm so unsure of what to do. If she were to stay with family, it would be my mom or my mil. Not too sure about my mom because she has work and same with my mil but also my daughter isnt a fan of my mil. She cries whenever shes around cause she doesnt see her enough. Suggestions??

You should check with the hospital to see if they would allow her to stay there 24/7 first. Many don't allow that.

I was thinking of someone watching her during labor and then possibly staying the night. When I had her, they did say my son could stay the night if we wanted him to. (He was 3 at the time) so I think they are okay with them staying the night but will definitely double check.

I wish my hospital had been ok with that. It was hard juggling care and transport to school for our 4 year old for 3 days. My husband had to leave me by myself my last night in the hospital. It sucked.

We had my brother and his wife watch our daughter, within an hour of having our son, my husbands went after our daughter and brought her to the hospital until later that evening and then they went home.

Do you have any close friends you'd trust with her?? That's tough. You do have time though to possibly have your daughter spend more time with your MIL. Or maybe your mom could put in for a few days off work around the time baby is coming? If you go naturally early or late that could be kind of difficult but you may be able to plan it.
