Does anyone’s baby have acid reflux? If so what were the symptoms and how did you find out? My baby constantly hiccups and doesn’t want to eat very much (therefore not gaining a lot of weight) also she spits up quite a bit even a couple hours after eating and very gassy.
My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤

So I just saw someone in my T.L eating something I read was harmful so I simply commented and told her what I read she was very rude. I only said something because your unborn baby eats everything you do and As an expecting mother you should be very cautious, so I thought I was being helpful but I guess not all mothers care.

The only other symptom that I don't see is back arching... My son would turn bright red at times and struggle and then all of a sudden he would clear whatever had come up and scream.

My 5m old has very badly reflux/Gerd shes been on zantac that didn't work then prevacid didn't work now shes on nexium and thankfully this has helped tremendously! She would projectile vomit cry in her sleep like she was hurting very very gassy hiccups alot and wouldn't rest easy. She has been switched to different milks and finally the Gerber Soy has been great with her.

she always sounds raspy cause shes on oxygen since she was born. Im no help on that one....are you referring to her chest rattling like she has phlegm needing to cough up?

My daughter would spit up a lot and even choked on her spit up when she was a baby from having acid reflux. The doc had us switch formula to Enfamil AR and it worked wonders!

My son had pretty bad acid reflux
Projectile vomiting
Spitting up after every feeding.
Gassy.
Uncomfortable while laying flat
Very fussy. I brought up his symptoms to his pediatrician and they put him on Zantac 3x a day also had to switch his formula. There are other things you can do as well.
If formula feeding try less ounces more frequent feeds
Hold in upright position for 20-30minutes after every feed.
Gas drops.

@sharlie_kiosse, is that helping her at all?. He did he actually was alittle behind at 2 months but he slowly started catching up.

@michellemybell09, well we just started it on Friday. She seems to not be spitting up as much but she still is a little bit. They are considering her failure to thrive. She will be 11 weeks tomorrow she was born 6 pounds 8 ounces and now weighs 9 pounds 5 ounces.

awe well that’s good it’s helping a bit hopefully since she isn’t spitting up as much she’ll put some weight on. My son was born 7lbs 12oz and by 2 months he was only 11 pounds I don’t know if they considered him failure to thrive but definitely wasn’t too their liking.
