Did everyone wait till the 1 year mark to stop giving their little one formula or did you stop before 1 years old?

About 11m i gave little bits at a tine age was still bf her doc said it was okay she was eating and whatsnot

I started introducing milk around 10 months & then started giving only milk after a year old. My middle daughter had to drink lactose free milk though for a bit because she was having a bad reaction to milk. But after about 7 months she was good on regular milk.

I cut my daughter cold turkey a few days before she turned one , I ran out of formula and she went straight to whole milk no problem

Always wait til they’re 12 months old to start whole milk.

I used toddler formula for a few months, but it was very expensive after a while & once she was finished with that she drank almond milk.

From 6-12months it was BM and infant formula. After 1 we used the toddler formula. I felt it had more benefits than regular milk. And she still was getting the added DHA for Brain development. We stopped a few months before she was 2 and started the transition to regular milk.

We waited until she was 1. And just cut her off formula and switched her to whole milk. She was on Similac Alimentum ( Ready To Feed ) and now she drinks Horizon Organic with DHA Omega 3. Thankfully she did not have any reaction. We did try to switch her on to a different whole milk, but she had a reaction and had diarrhea for a couple days which caused her to have severe diaper rash. That was the only thing we changed in her diet. Once we switched her back on to Horizon she was fine. Never doing that again 😖

I did formula until oldest was 18 months and then I switched him to toddler formula which is a milk based drink because he wasn't wanting actual milk yet.

We did formula until about 11 months but we only did formula at night for bottles he ate solid food all day.

I stopped at 12.5 months because that’s when we run out out of the formula. Week here or there doesn’t make a difference. They however should have established food intake.

Idk I haven’t gotten that far yet but I do know she is soooo freaking adorable 😍😍

My daughter was weaned off about two weeks after her birthday

I waited because I tried when she was 11months and she got a bad diaper rash and diarrhea. I slowly gave it to her. Like half milk and half formula

my son still drinks formula, mostly because he doesn’t really eat solids.

Wondering the same.😣

Always wait til after 1. They need the extra nutrients that formula has.

I transitioned over between 12-15 months when her solid food intake was adequate to not need formula.
