I’ve been breastfeeding my daughter for 3 weeks already ...... and just now I started have a strong let down. Milk comes down in a huge portion and she starts crying and fussy. And sh starts pulling in the nipple while crying . She’s hungry but can’t take so much milk. I don know what to do ! Any advice ?

Pump before you give her boob

& Elevate her so she doesn't choke

You could pump a little before latching her.

You should use a milk catcher instead of a rag! I can’t remember the name of the thing for the life of me but hopefully someone else chimes in😂

When you get a letdown then unlatch her and let it spray into a rag, then latch her back on once it calms down.

When can I start giving my son regular milk? He turns 10 months in 2 days. I bought unsweetened almond milk yesterday so he can try. Would that be okay? I’m lowkey tired of him on formula but I mean he’s still a baby lol.

amysbabies 12 months. Focus on purees, you can steam veggies and mash them yourself. Or mash up some
makethatfour I also was told to start peanut butter at 6 months for exact what @tacos4lyfe stated.
jazzyjazz I gave my kids a little peanut butter at around 8 months...and transitioned them to cows milk
