Has anybody experienced being sick and going into labor?? Did your baby get sick?

@tess.stacy, no love but they had me wear protective clothing to hold my own baby and a face mask. They wouldn’t let me give my baby my breast milk until I had no more signs of the flu. So I think when the baby is inside it somehow is protected. But once it’s exposed to the air it could be dangerous for the baby.

@tess.stacy, yes girl it’s really sad. But have them give you the tamiflu so your body can fight with it and your body can get immune to it so by the time the baby is here you’re not showing symptoms or hopefully sick anymore.
I felt sick a couple days before my scheduled c section. I was super paranoid I was gonna get the baby sick but the doctor told me it’s actually normal to feel sick before the baby sometimes and it usually goes away when you have the baby! I felt fine once I had my son, I hope it’s the same for you😊
I’m sick like cold and flu, my other two children have it as well. I’m due in 2 days and freaking out

I’m 6w4d is it too early to be having morning sickness??
I got a “cold” like a week before I had my son and it hung around for a couple of days after but when I left the hospital it was gone. I don’t think I had an actual cold but it had something to do with my body getting ready for labor. Idk but it was weird and not just any cold lol
